Info Session On Clarington Rezoning, Scheduled for This Thursday Evening

Learn more about Clarington’s proposed re-zoning by-law.

As you know, the proposed revision to the Zoning By-Laws will affect 49% of Clarington rural lands and more than 6,400 properties in the rural and urban parts of the Municipality. The re-zoning of the urban areas in Clarington is currently being worked on by the Planning Department.

The proposed re-zoning could potentially affect any further expansion of your farm, limit future diversification and reduce the value of your property.

There are still hundreds of land owners in Clarington who do not know of these changes. Please share this with your friends, family and neighbours.
